August Sales by Year. August's sales numbers outpaced every August going back to 2005! 2005 - 2007 were some of the peak years for sales.
Condo Stats by Town. Condo sales are down 15%, but prices continue to rise and are now up 2% over 2019.
Pending Sales by Town. Of the 756 pending in August, 38% were new construction.
Residential Sales. Year to date, sales are down 3% while price is up 3%.
Sales by Town. Breck sales are up 2%, Silverthorne up 23% and the rest of the towns are down.
Single Family Home Sales. Summit County home sales are down 2% and the price is down
2%.

Sales of residences priced from $0 - $500,000 are down 21%; $500,000 to $1,000,000 ,no change; $1,000,000 to $1,500,000, up 31%; $1,500,000 to $2,000,000, down 20%; $2,000,000 to $3,000,000, up 64%; $3,000,000 to $5,000,000, down 39% and $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 up100% with 2 sales this year.
